Another Schofield GI killed by "W"ar

Another Schofield Barracks-based GI, Joseph I. Love from Alaska, was killed this week in Afghanistan, only months after being sent there for the White House's War of Terror.
Military officials reported another casualty in the endless war, started by the United States regime, code-named "Operation Enduring FAILURE."
P.S. Since the governing regime in Afghanistan--in 2001--did not invite the USA government to send troops there, the American invasion force should/must be considered "illegal combatants." Would they be covered under the Geneva Conventions, now formally ignored by the Bush regime?
