LibertyThink.com has obtained another draft of the planned police state legislation known as The VICTORY Act. LibertyThink.com (owned by SiaNews.com) had the scoop with an earlier draft of the of the Orwellian-titled monstrosity and we're here to do it again. This is the draft the Washington Post reported on but refused to share with the hoi polloi.
